Job summary

The ideal candidate has a Diploma/ITE Higher Nitec and at least 1 year in a similar role, with strong MS Office skills and experience in related security or AV systems advantageous.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ITE Higher Nitec is required.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Sales Coordinator is a plus.
• Experience in Security System, System Integrator, Public Address System is advantageous.
• Good computer skills including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate between Sales & Technical Support on project matters.
• Schedule and ensure timely deliveries and collections.
• Process Permit-to-Work (PTW) applications and ensure site access/compliance.
• Prepare product catalogues, handover docs and project-related customer documentation.
• Prepare and issue tax invoices and submit e-invoices.
