Job summary

DNA ENGINEERING PTE LTD is seeking a Sales Coordinator in Singapore to bridge sales and technical teams on project matters and ensure smooth delivery scheduling. Roles include processing PTW, preparing catalogs and customer docs, and handling invoices.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma/ITE Higher Nitec and at least 1 year in a similar role, with strong MS Office skills and experience in related security or AV systems advantageous.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ITE Higher Nitec is required.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Sales Coordinator is a plus.
• Experience in Security System, System Integrator, Public Address System is advantageous.
• Good computer skills including MS Office.

Job Scope

• Coordinate between Sales & Technical Support staff on project matters
• Ensure all deliveries and collections are scheduled and executed on time
• Apply Permit-to-Work (PTW) applications through the relevant online portals and ensure the required site access and compliance documentation is in place
• Prepare product catalogues, handover documents and other project-related documentation for customers
• Prepare and issue tax invoices and submit e-invoices through the relevant platforms
• Maintain organised records to support payment claims, including invoices, purchase orders, service reports and service contracts
• Record Loan of Tools and equipment to Technical staff
• (Bonus) Prepare simple schematic drawings using AutoCAD
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma/ITE Higher Nitec
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Sales Coordinator will be considered a plus
• Previous working experience in Security System, System Integrator, Public Address System and other relevant industry will be an advantage
• Good computer skills (MS Office)
