Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing or related field required.
• At least 2 years of proven experience in sales coordination, administration or customer support.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication with professional telephone and email etiquette.
• Strong organizational, time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented with a customer-centric mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team by managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and coordinating shipments or deliverables.
• Maintain accurate sales documentation, customer records, and pipeline updates using internal systems and spreadsheets.
• Prepare regular sales reports, presentations, and quotations for clients and management.
• Act as a primary point of contact for customer queries, liaising with internal departments to ensure prompt resolution of issues.
• Assist in organizing sales meetings, events, and marketing campaigns as needed.
• Perform general administrative duties to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the sales office.
