Job summary

DNA ENGINEERING PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a proactive Sales Coordinator to bridge between Sales and Technical Support on project matters, ensuring timely deliveries and accurate documentation.

You will handle PTW applications, prepare catalogs and invoices, and keep organised records to support payments. Knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus.

This role offers hands-on exposure to security systems and system integration environments, with potential for growth.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ITE Higher Nitec required.
• 1 year Sales Coordinator experience is a plus.
• Experience in Security System / System Integrator / Public Address is a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate between Sales & Technical Support staff on project matters.
• Ensure all deliveries and collections are scheduled and executed on time.
• Process Permit-to-Work (PTW) applications and ensure site access and compliance documentation.
• Prepare product catalogues, handover documents and other project-related documentation for customers.
• Prepare and issue tax invoices and submit e-invoices through relevant platforms.
• Maintain organised records to support payment claims (invoices, purchase orders, service reports and service contracts).
• Record loan of tools and equipment to Technical staff.
• Prepare simple schematic drawings using AutoCAD (bonus).
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Scope

• Apply Permit-to-Work (PTW) applications through the relevant online portals and ensure the required site access and compliance documentation is in place
• Prepare product catalogues, handover documents and other project-related documentation for customers
• Prepare and issue tax invoices and submit e-invoices through the relevant platforms
• Maintain organised records to support payment claims, including invoices, purchase orders, service reports and service contracts
• Record Loan of Tools and equipment to Technical staff
• (Bonus) Prepare simple schematic drawings using AutoCAD
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma/ITE Higher Nitec
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Sales Coordinator will be considered a plus
• Previous working experience in Security System, System Integrator, Public Address System and other relevant industry will be an advantage
• Good computer skills (MS Office)
