Job summary

CAVI-BUSWAY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Coordinator to support on-site construction and electrical/mechanical projects in Singapore. You will coordinate site surveys, prepare proposals, and align with clients and contractors to ensure timely execution.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of on-site experience in mechanical/electrical disciplines, a NITEC or Diploma, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to read SLDs and AutoCAD drawings. Working hours are 9–6, five days a week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of on-site experience in mechanical or electrical disciplines.
• NITEC or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering advantageous.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint; able to read SLDs and AutoCAD drawings.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customer enquiries and conduct site surveys.
• Prepare detailed designs and proposals for customers.
• Plan and schedule work activities in accordance with contractual schedules.
• Manage operational matters related to daily project execution.
• Liaise with customers on plan approvals, progress, and issue resolution.
• Attend site meetings, provide progress updates, monitor schedules.

• 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
