Job summary

Evolution Recruitment Solutions Pte Ltd seeks an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead technology initiatives from inception through implementation. You will coordinate with stakeholders, vendors and technical teams to ensure on-time, in-scope delivery with quality standards.

The role requires deep SDLC knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Engineering or related discipline.
• At least 8 years of experience managing technology projects.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and delivery processes.
• Experience with application development, infrastructure, cloud, data or integration.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders across teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proficient in Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Project.
• PMP/PRINCE2/Agile certifications are advantageous.
• Banking or financial services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects from initiation to closure.
• Define scope, objectives, timelines and resource needs.
• Coordinate with application, infrastructure, security, architecture, testing and business teams.
• Track milestones, dependencies, risks, issues and budgets.
• Facilitate meetings and provide updates to senior management.
• Translate business requirements into actionable deliverables.
• Manage changes with governance and approvals.
• Collaborate with vendors to resolve blockers.
• Ensure compliance with tech, security, risk, and regulatory requirements.
• Support testing, deployment and post-implementation activities.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards and management presentations.
• Drive process improvements in project delivery.
