Job summary

hmi tech pte. ltd. is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager to oversee IT project delivery across multiple teams in Singapore.

You will lead a group of technical professionals, coordinate with stakeholders, and drive on-time, on-budget delivery that meets quality standards. The role demands strong technical knowledge, robust project management, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, while managing risks, testing, and implementation

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Minimum 5 years in application testing, development and delivery.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Strong and assertive communicator in speaking and writing.
Experience in stakeholder sessions and communications.
Delivery experience on medium to large scale projects.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under pressure.
Understand and articulate process flows and functions.
Strong coordination across internal and external stakeholders and vendors.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Responsibilities

Plan technical deliverables (including system enhancements) to meet Project's requirements within budget
Manage and coordinate across different application teams to manage technical dependencies of the solution
Monitor and manage risks/issues related to technical delivery
Provide status update related to technical delivery
Report to Program and/or Project Manager for the strategic program
Partner with SA & subject matter experts to understand and implement functional and technical requirements
Provide systems input to specification phase based on impact assessment
Ensure solution design complies with enterprise design principles, security and control standards
Partner with Development Manager in managing application teams to build the enhancements
Partner with Test Manager to ensure SIT, UAT, testing and remediation activities
Prepare technical implementation plan across application teams
Coordinate technical implementation activities across application teams for production cutover
