Job summary

FPT Asia Pacific Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise web and mobile projects. You will work onsite with the customer, acting as the primary delivery owner and coordinating offshore engineering teams across multiple streams.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, detailed planning across the SDLC, and hands-on coordination of bi-monthly rollouts to drive successful Go-Live moments.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering enterprise web and mobile projects on modern stacks (React/Node.js)
• Experience with AWS and cloud deployment processes
• Proficient in structured release/rollout cycles and PM tooling (Jira, MS Project, Confluence)

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary onsite delivery owner and client-facing PM, managing stakeholder expectations and providing regular status updates.
• Own the project plan across the full SDLC, including scope, timelines, resources, and budget; track milestones and address deviations.
• Lead end-to-end go-live planning for each rollout cycle, maintain a rolling rollout calendar (~every 2 months) and ensure readiness and rollback plans.
• Identify and manage cross-project dependencies, align rollout calendars across projects, and escalate conflicts early.
• Coordinate with offshore engineering/architecture teams to ensure requirements are understood and quality standards are met.
• Identify risks early (technical, resourcing, dependencies) and drive mitigation options and escalation where needed.
• Manage change requests, contract alignment, and commercial implications of scope changes with leadership.
• Produce steering committee updates, RAID logs, and transparent reporting on progress and finances.
