Job summary

One North is seeking a Technical Delivery Lead in Singapore to own end-to-end delivery of technology products, providing engineering leadership across solution implementation, software quality, debt, releases and production readiness.

The role partners with Product, Architecture and Engineering to ensure predictable, high-quality and production-ready delivery, aligning with SAFe practices and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering and technology delivery experience.
• Proven experience leading engineering teams end-to-end.
• Understanding of modern software engineering practices, CI/CD, testing.
• Experience with Agile delivery; SAFe exposure desirable.
• Experience managing technical debt and production readiness.

Responsibilities

• Own engineering delivery from requirements through production.
• Drive delivery planning, sprint execution, milestone tracking.
• Coordinate across engineering and technology teams to manage dependencies.
• Ensure production-readiness activities, documentation and monitoring.
• Provide technical oversight after release and drive improvements.
