Job summary

qlub is scaling rapidly across markets and seeks a Technical Program Manager for POS Integrations. You will own the regional onboarding and end-to-end delivery, partnering with a dedicated Super Developer on every integration and serving as the main point of contact for POS onboarding.

In a fast-moving environment, you’ll coordinate country teams, POS partners, and internal stakeholders, track milestones, and remove blockers to keep delivery moving toward Commercial Done.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in project/delivery management, technical account management, or integrations.
• Comfort with APIs, POS systems, and integration concepts without coding.
• Strong stakeholder management across markets, partners and internal teams.
• Bias for action: chase blockers, push decisions and keep momentum.
• Hands‑on fluency with AI tools in daily work.
• Fluency in English is a must.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate country teams, POS partners and internal stakeholders across the integration lifecycle.
• Track status, milestones and timelines; communicate risks and blockers.
• Drive approvals and decision-making; remove blockers to keep delivery moving.
• Synchronize weekly with country reps to prioritise bugs, new requests and new integrations.
• Co‑own onboarding of the first restaurant on each new POS with the Super Developer; manage onboarding of all following restaurants.
• Coordinate rollout and go-live with country teams and drive adoption to Commercial Done.
