Airwallex is seeking a POS Customer Success Manager based in Singapore to partner with connected merchants throughout the POS lifecycle. You will handle onboarding, activation, and go-live readiness, ensuring smooth deployments and ongoing support for the Airwallex POS platform.

Ideal candidates bring 2–4 years in POS provisioning or merchant operations, with hands-on experience in payment acceptance, KYC/KYB processes, and technical issue resolution.

Formación

• 2 to 4 years of experience in POS provisioning, merchant operations, or technical customer success.
• Hands-on experience with POS terminals and payment acceptance.
• Familiarity with KYC/KYB processes and merchant compliance workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Support connected merchants through onboarding, activation, and go-live readiness.
• Coordinate terminal lifecycle including activation, pairing, and deployment.
• Provide first-line technical support for Airwallex POS platform and integrations.
• Troubleshoot issues by gathering logs, IDs, and API responses.
• Escalate to Product/Engineering when needed to resolve root causes.
• Maintain documentation and SOPs to improve support quality and scale operations.
