Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience in software engineering, product management or related roles.
• Strong foundation in architecture, integration, data and security fundamentals.
• Experience working with Agile or iterative delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, outcomes and roadmap aligned with business needs.
• Engage internal users and external stakeholders to identify problems and priorities.
• Translate needs into clear requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritise product backlog based on value and constraints.
• Guide iterative delivery and releases with engineering teams and vendors.
• Own post go-live adoption, stability and continuous improvement.
