Job summary

PARTS INFINITE PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Parts Sales & Customer Support specialist in Singapore to manage enquiries, identify parts, quote customers, and drive new and existing sales. You will liaise with customers to understand requirements, process orders, and coordinate with warehouse for timely delivery.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to solving technical issues and growing the parts business.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
• Identify correct spare parts using descriptions, photographs, chassis numbers, VINs, OEM part numbers, or drawings.
• Prepare accurate quotations and follow up on outstanding quotes.
• Recommend genuine, OEM, or aftermarket parts based on customer needs.
• Process orders and ensure timely fulfilment.
• Build relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business.
• Provide after-sales support to resolve issues.
• Develop new customer accounts and identify new sales opportunities.
• Support warehouse activities including goods receiving, picking, packing, and stock replenishment.
• Maintain documentation including quotations, sales orders, delivery orders, and purchase orders.
• Utilise Microsoft Word, Excel, and digital tools to enhance efficiency.

Job Summary

This hands-on role combines technical parts identification, customer service, sales, inventory management, and warehouse operations to support customer needs and business growth in technical spare parts.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms
• Identify correct spare parts using customer descriptions, photographs, chassis numbers, VINs, OEM part numbers, technical drawings, or physical samples
• Prepare accurate quotations and follow up with customers on outstanding quotations
• Recommend suitable genuine, OEM, or aftermarket alternatives based on customer requirements
• Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely order fulfilment
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to support repeat business
• Provide responsive and professional after-sales support to resolve customer issues
• Develop new customer accounts and identify new business opportunities to grow sales
• Support warehouse and inventory activities including goods receiving, picking and packing orders, stock replenishment, and inventory recording
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation including quotations, sales orders, delivery orders, purchase orders, and shipping documents
• Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and digital productivity tools including ChatGPT to enhance work efficiency

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Technical knowledge or experience in automotive repair, maintenance, or spare parts
• Experience with commercial vehicles, trucks, buses, or industrial equipment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in technical products
• Ability to identify parts and solve technical problems systematically
• Good written communication skills
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Self-motivated, responsible, and willing to learn
