Job summary

Goldbell Leasing Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a proactive Spare Parts Coordinator to support customers with enquiries, identify parts, prepare quotations and process orders. You will collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure accurate fulfillment and maintain records for shipping documents.

You should have technical aptitude in automotive spare parts, good Chinese communication for regional customers, and proficiency with Word, Excel and modern productivity tools.

Qualifications

• Technical knowledge or experience in automotive repair, maintenance or spare parts is preferred.
• Experience with commercial vehicles, trucks or industrial equipment will be an advantage.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in technical products.
• Able to identify parts and solve technical problems systematically.
• Good written communication skills.
• Able to communicate effectively in Chinese to support Chinese customers and suppliers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Comfortable using digital productivity tools, including ChatGPT.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Self-motivated, responsible and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via phone, email and messaging platforms
• Identify the correct spare parts using customer descriptions, photographs, chassis numbers, VINs, OEM part numbers, technical drawings or physical samples
• Prepare quotations and follow up with customers on outstanding quotations
• Recommend suitable genuine, OEM or aftermarket alternatives based on customer requirements
• Process customer orders accurately and ensure prompt order fulfilment
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
• Provide responsive and professional after-sales support
• Develop new customer accounts and identify new business opportunities
• Support day-to-day warehouse and inventory activities, including goods receiving, picking and packing orders, stock replenishment, and inventory recording
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation including quotations, sales orders, delivery orders, purchase orders, and shipping documents
