Job summary

Skylink Holdings Limited is seeking a Warehouse/Inventory Specialist to manage daily spare parts requests from workshop technicians, source parts from approved suppliers, and maintain optimal stock levels for the service network.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of experience in automotive spare parts or inventory management, knowledge of ERP systems, and strong organizational, communication, and time‑management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in automotive spare parts or inventory management.
• Knowledge of automotive components is a plus.
• Experience with inventory ERP systems is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily spare parts requests from workshop technicians.
• Source and procure automotive spare parts from approved suppliers.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain optimal stock.
• Receive, inspect, label, and store incoming parts.
• Issue spare parts per work orders and document properly.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Process purchase orders, delivery orders, and supplier invoices.
• Maintain records in the inventory management system.
• Liaise with suppliers to negotiate pricing, lead times, and product availability.
• Support cost control by identifying alternative suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.
• Maintain good housekeeping and comply with safety requirements.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in automotive spare parts, workshop operations, or inventory management.
• Good knowledge of automotive components and vehicle maintenance is an advantage.
• Experience using inventory management or ERP systems is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and inventory management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and effective time management skills.
