Job summary

ENGIE SERVICES SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. seeks an M&E maintenance professional to oversee technical and soft-services coordination with subcontractors at the Changi/Loyang facility.

The role involves hands-on troubleshooting during routine and non-routine maintenance and standby for fault activations. Requirements: Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering; at least 5 years of M&E experience; strong analytical skills, teamwork and self-motivation; proficient in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage technical and soft services coordination with subcontractors, specialist contractors and HTD's direct contractors.
• Hands-on troubleshooting during routine and non-routine maintenance servicing.
• Standby for fault or emergency activation calls.
• Prompt response to fault requests and minor non-routine repairs.
• Perform rounds of the facility and address risks to operations and compliance to laws, regulations, processes, and procedures.

Job description

*Please note that the work location for this position is in Changi/Loyang, and the work schedule is 5.5 days/week. (Monday to Friday: 0730 hours to 1700 hours & Saturday: 0730 hours to 1200 hours)

Responsibilities

1. Manage technical and soft services coordination with subcontractors, specialist contractors and HTD's direct contractors.
2. Hands-on by handling any technical difficulties and troubleshooting during the routine/ non-routine maintenance servicing.
3. Standby for any fault/ emergency activation call.
4. Prompt response to fault requests and minor non-routine Repairs.
5. Perform rounds of the facility and identify and address risks to operations and quality of maintenance works and compliance to laws, regulations, processes, and procedures

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• At least 5 years of relevant M&E experience.
• Possess good practical knowledge in building maintenance with initiative and good analytical skills
• Good teamwork, interpersonal qualities, self-motivated and able to multi-task
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of applications
