Job summary

ENGIE Southeast Asia is seeking a Facilities Management supervisor to lead a team of Technicians in delivering comprehensive FM activities in Singapore. The role covers preventive and corrective maintenance for building trades, routine inspections, and coordination with contractors to ensure timely, compliant work.

You will verify completions, document maintenance records, and support A&A/upgrades while upholding safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering or FM discipline with 1+ year experience, or Higher NITEC with 5+ years.
• Experience with building works such as plumbing and waterproofing.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Independent, resourceful and self-motivated attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good safety mindset and WSH behaviour.
• Willing to work in the East Region.
• 5.5 work days per week: Mon-Fri 0730–1700; Sat 0730–1200.

Responsibilities

• Ensure works are completed according to specifications and safety requirements
• Verify job completion and ensure proper documentation of maintenance records
• Assist in A&A, upgrading, and improvement works
• Monitor work progress and ensure timely closure of work orders
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building standards
• Any other duties as and when assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering/ relevant FM discipline with at least 1 year of relevant experience, or Higher NITEC with at least 5 years of relevant experience
• Experience with building works e.g. plumbing, water proofing
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently, resourceful and self-motivated
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behaviour
• Willing to work in the East Region
• Able to work 5.5 work days per week Monday to Friday (0730 to 1700 hours) and Saturday (0730 to 1200 hours).
