Job summary

ENGIE Southeast Asia is seeking a maintenance professional to coordinate technical and soft services for a site located in Changi/Loyang. The role operates on a 5.5-day work week with hours 0730–1700 on weekdays and 0730–1200 on Saturdays.

You will manage coordination with subcontractors, troubleshoot routine and non-routine maintenance, standby for emergencies, and ensure safe, compliant operations through regular facility rounds and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is required.
• At least 5 years of relevant M&E experience.
• Good practical knowledge in building maintenance with initiative and strong analytical skills.
• Good teamwork, interpersonal qualities, self-motivated and able to multi-task.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with subcontractors, specialist contractors and client's direct contractors for technical and soft services.
• Handle technical difficulties and troubleshoot during routine/non-routine maintenance servicing.
• Standby for fault or emergency activation calls.
• Respond promptly to fault requests and perform minor non-routine repairs.
• Conduct rounds of the facility and identify risks to operations and ensure compliance with laws, regulations, processes and procedures.

*Please note that the work location for this position is in Changi/Loyang, and the work schedule is 5.5 days/week. (Monday to Friday: 0730 hours to 1700 hours & Saturday: 0730 hours to 1200 hours)

Responsibilities

• Manage technical and soft services coordination with subcontractors, specialist contractors and client's direct contractors.
• Hands-on by handling any technical difficulties and troubleshooting during the routine/ non-routine maintenance servicing.
• Standby for any fault/ emergency activation call.
• Prompt response to fault requests and minor non-routine Repairs.
• Perform rounds of the facility and identify and address risks to operations and quality of maintenance works and compliance to laws, regulations, processes, and procedures

Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• At least 5 years of relevant M&E experience.
• Possess good practical knowledge in building maintenance with initiative and good analytical skills
• Good teamwork, interpersonal qualities, self-motivated and able to multi-task
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of applications
