Job summary

ENGIE SERVICES SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a skilled M&E professional to manage coordination with subcontractors and direct contractors at our Changi/Loyang facility.

The role involves hands-on troubleshooting during routine and non-routine maintenance, and standby for fault or emergency activations. You will perform regular facility rounds, address risks to operations and quality of maintenance, and ensure compliance with laws, regulations, processes and procedures.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering is required.
• At least 5 years of relevant M&E experience.
• Good practical knowledge in building maintenance with initiative and analytical skills.
• Teamwork, interpersonal qualities, self-motivated and able to multi-task.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

*Please note that the work location for this position is in Changi/Loyang, and the work schedule is 5.5 days/week. (Monday to Friday: 0730 hours to 1700 hours & Saturday: 0730 hours to 1200 hours)
