Job summary

PV Vacuum Engineering Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive Marketing Development Executive to drive brand presence, technical engagement and solution awareness among engineering consultants, main contractors and property developers in Singapore and Malaysia.

You will bridge technical engineering concepts with marketing tactics, translate specifications into compelling collateral, and organize workshops, webinars and campaigns to generate qualified leads across regional markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in mechanical, electrical, civil engineering, or related technical discipline.
• 1-3 years experience in technical marketing, business development or specification sales in construction, industrial, or M&E sectors; fresh graduates with strong technical communication encouraged.
• Basic understanding of commercial building services, industrial plant utilities, or infrastructure systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to explain technical products to non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency in drafting technical presentations and marketing collateral (MS PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical presentations, seminars, and product briefings to M&E consultants, civil engineers, and facility developers.
• Position our engineering systems into early-stage project designs and tender specifications for commercial and industrial developments.
• Act as the technical marketing point of contact, coordinating with internal engineering teams for complex solutions.
• Identify upcoming industrial and commercial project developments across Singapore and Malaysia.
• Establish and manage partnerships, agency agreements, and local representative networks across key regional territories to expand market coverage.
• Build and nurture strategic relationships with decision-makers, architectural firms, M&E consultancies, and property developers.
• Map key market trends, sustainability/green building regulations (e.g., BCA Green Mark, GBI Malaysia), and industrial expansion hubs.
• Translate complex engineering specifications into engaging marketing materials, case studies and presentation decks.
• Organize and execute technical workshops, trade exhibitions, and digital webinars targeted at industry professionals.
• Manage regional digital marketing channels (LinkedIn, email campaigns) focused on B2B engineering decision-makers.
• Coordinate regional marketing initiatives across Singapore and Malaysia, ensuring localized alignment with market standards and regulatory compliance.
• Support the sales team with lead handover, project tracking, and competitor analysis.
