EcoXplore PTE. LTD.

in Singapore is seeking a Marketing Executive to plan and execute marketing activities that strengthen the company’s brand, generate business opportunities and support sales growth. You will promote EcoXplore’s engineering and technology solutions across BMS, EMS, PMS, DCIM, SCADA, Power Quality, AIoT, data centres and smart building solutions, translating technical capabilities into clear marketing content for customers and partners.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Marketing or related discipline.
• Preferably 2–4 years of marketing experience.
• Experience in engineering, technology, construction, M&E, building automation or data centre industries would be an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication and digital-marketing capabilities may also be considered for a junior position.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to translate technical information into customer-friendly marketing content.
• Good presentation and copywriting skills.
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe applications or similar design tools.
• Knowledge of LinkedIn, email marketing and website/content management.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing analytics.
• Strong coordination, organisation and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual marketing plans, campaigns and promotional activities.
• Maintain consistent corporate branding across channels and materials.
• Manage brochures, presentations, product literature, advertisements and other collateral.
• Support branding activities for EcoXplore and its brands.
• Coordinate corporate gifts, campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.
• Manage and update company websites and digital content.
• Create content for LinkedIn, email marketing, newsletters and other channels.
• Prepare case studies, project highlights and customer success stories.
• Coordinate photography, graphics and video content for marketing purposes.
• Monitor campaign engagement and prepare basic performance reports.
• Collaborate with Sales to develop sales materials and capability statements.
• Support lead-generation activities and maintain marketing databases.
• Conduct market research on customers, competitors and industry developments.
• Assist with product launches and new solution introductions.
• Prepare credentials and reference materials for tenders and pre-qualifications.
• Coordinate exhibitions, conferences, and customer events.
• Manage event logistics and post-event follow-ups.
• Coordinate with principals for marketing materials and co-branding.
• Ensure materials comply with partner branding requirements.
• Prepare internal and external corporate announcements.
• Maintain an organized library of marketing assets.
