Job summary

Mindteck Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Technical Manager to lead the design, development, and delivery of intelligent learning applications, including LMS and AI-enabled learning solutions. You will oversee technical architecture, AI integration, and system implementation to ensure scalable, secure learning platforms.

Collaborating with engineers, instructional designers, and stakeholders, you will drive adoption of standards such as SCORM, xAPI, and LTI; mentor teams; and manage

Qualifications

Experience in software architecture and application development.
Strong experience with Python, JavaScript, or Java.
Proven track record in digital learning solutions.
Knowledge of LMS standards (SCORM, xAPI, LTI).
Experience with cloud platforms and APIs.

Responsibilities

Lead design, development, and delivery of learning applications.
Define system architecture and best practices for AI integration.
Mentor engineers and coordinate cross-functional teams.
Oversee security, data protection, and QA.
