Job summary

Mindteck Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Technical Engineer to develop AI-enabled learning applications and integrate LMS platforms. You will design, implement, and optimize intelligent features, ensuring scalable and secure solutions across enterprise systems.

The role combines software engineering with AI for learning environments, requiring collaboration with data engineers and instructional designers to deliver personalized learning experiences.

Qualifications

• Proficient in software development with Python/JavaScript/C#/Java.
• Experience with LMS or learning technology platforms is required.
• Ability to design, integrate, and maintain AI-enabled learning solutions.
• Knowledge of web technologies and REST APIs; microservices experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI frameworks and APIs for analytics and personalization.
• Understanding of e-learning standards (SCORM/xAPI/LTI) is advantageous.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to translate learning requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience in cloud platforms and security practices for cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain learning applications including LMS and digital platforms.
• Integrate AI features such as recommendation engines and chatbots into learning systems.
• Interface LMS with HR, authentication, and analytics systems via APIs and middleware.
• Test, debug, and optimize performance for both application and AI components.
• Collaborate with instructional designers and product teams to implement requirements.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for architecture and integrations.
