Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in QA engineering, solution architecture, or a combined role.
• Hands-on with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Postman, or JMeter.
• Experience with enterprise digital platforms or LMS.
• Ability to design and review solution components for architecture and integrations.
• Familiarity with AI technologies and AI-enabled features.
• Experience working in structured project delivery and governance environments.
• Proactive in documentation and QA metrics.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test plans, cases, and scripts for functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Coordinate UAT with customer stakeholders and end users.
• Identify, document, and track defects to resolution using issue-tracking tools.
• Validate enhancements, patches, and releases prior to production.
• Maintain QA artefacts and quality metrics; drive process improvements.
• Support SA by reviewing solution components and integrations.
