Responsibilities

• Oversee design, implementation and management of digital learning platforms (LMS, e-learning tools, and virtual classrooms).
• Provide technical guidance to troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing system performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect digital learning solutions and ensure integration with existing systems.
• Liaise with HR, Learning & Development, and IT to align with digitalization goals.
• Stay abreast of trends like AI-driven learning, AR/VR, and adaptive learning; propose enhancements.
• Ensure quality through rigorous testing and adherence to best practices across the project lifecycle.
• Lead and mentor a team of developers and technical specialists.
• Coordinate with external vendors to implement best-in-class solutions.
• Define success metrics and analyze data from platforms to assess initiative effectiveness.
