Qualifications

• PMI or ITIL certifications are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of SCORM and xAPI.
• Experience with government agencies is preferred.
• Proven track record leading digitalization and e-learning projects.
• Deep understanding of instructional design and content management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design, implementation, and management of digital learning platforms (LMS, e-learning tools, virtual classrooms).
• Provide technical guidance to troubleshoot and optimize system performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect technical solutions for digital learning and integrate with existing systems.
• Liaise with HR, L&D, and IT teams to align with digitalization goals.
• Research digital learning technology trends (AI-driven learning, AR/VR, adaptive learning) and propose improvements.
• Conduct rigorous testing, identify areas for improvement, and ensure best practices throughout the lifecycle.
• Lead and mentor developers and technical specialists.
• Work with external vendors to implement best-in-class solutions and keep tools up to date.
• Define success metrics, gather data, and analyze results to measure effectiveness.
