Job summary

Mindteck Singapore Pte Ltd invites a Project Manager to lead learning-system projects across the full lifecycle, including LMS/LXP implementations and AI-enabled capabilities, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations in Singapore-based engagements.

You will collaborate with clients, stakeholders, technical teams and partners, govern project delivery, manage risks, and drive effective governance and reporting.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of project management experience, ideally in the defense, learning or education sector.
• Proven experience in managing complex projects from initiation to closure.
• PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
• Experience on government agency projects is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of learning development projects.
• Serve as primary contact for clients and stakeholders, with regular progress updates.
• Define project scope and ensure changes are documented and communicated.
• Plan and implement AI-enabled learning capabilities and analytics.
• Manage resources, budgets, and timelines to meet quality standards.
• Oversee governance, risk management, testing, and documentation.
• Conduct post-project evaluations and capture lessons learned.
