Job description

• Lead, train, and manage a team of technical professionals (project and system engineers) to provide Project Management, System commissioning, technical support, and Pre-sales to satisfy customer's requirement and achieve company's objective
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
• Effectively allocate tasks and responsibilities among team members based on their skills and expertise
• Conduct performance evaluations, set goals and provide feedback to team member
• Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales, Operations, Service, IT, Finance & Admin to ensure alignment and coordination of technical activities with overall business objectives
• To assist Sales Dept in the Pre-sales and tender bidding to secure new jobs
• To manage purchasing of equipment and company's equipment and inventory
• Preparation of project budgets and proposals for capital expenditure and investments in equipment, systems, or other assets and resources
• To monitor performance of Sub-contractors to meet customers expectations with enforcement of Sub-contractor Control Procedure stipulated in ISO9002 procedure
• Ensure systems and processes comply with workplace safety and health regulatory requirements
• Ensure that customer quality specifications are constantly met

Job Requirements

• Possess minimum Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or equivalent qualifications
• Possess minimum 5 years and above of relevant working experience in Security Industry, managing a group of 5 or more engineers
