Job summary

PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) in Singapore is seeking a Service Manager to lead service and maintenance operations, ensuring timely project delivery and high customer satisfaction.

The role requires a Diploma in Engineering or CS and at least 3 years in service/maintenance with team leadership. You will manage client relationships, mentor the service team, and drive continuous improvements in processes and documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in service or maintenance operations with team leadership.
• Strong leadership, project coordination, communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in the security systems or CCTV industry is an advantage.
