Job summary

GR PACIFIC PTE. LTD. on Jurong Island in Singapore seeks a senior professional to lead technical due diligence for prospective data center developments, with a shift-based schedule including nights and days.

The role covers site assessments, feasibility reviews, and risk evaluations across multiple disciplines. You will manage external consultants in engineering, environmental, geotechnical, utility, and permitting studies, ensuring timely findings and translating complex results into clear

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate Development, Architecture, or a related technical discipline.
• Extensive experience in technical due diligence, infrastructure development, engineering, land development, data centers, or other mission-critical environments.
• Strong understanding of geotechnical investigations, environmental assessments, permitting, utility coordination, infrastructure planning, and development risk management.
• Proven ability to interpret technical reports, manage multiple stakeholders and consultants, and translate complex engineering findings into clear business recommendations.

Responsibilities

Experience required:
