Job summary

ST Telemedia Global Data Centres in Singapore is seeking a senior facilities professional to lead MEP operations and certification programs for our 24x7 data centre environment. The role focuses on reliability, energy efficiency and compliant operations across Singapore DC sites.

You will act as SME for mechanical, electrical, BMS and security systems, drive energy optimisation, manage service contracts, and coordinate with vendors and internal teams to uphold world-class standards and seamless

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical & electrical Engineering, Facilities Management or related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in managing critical facilities development or operations.
• Strong knowledge in MEP operations and building facilities systems (e.g. switchgears, UPS, generators, CRAUs, chillers).
• Experienced in leading certification programs, including ANSI/TIA-942, Uptime, Green Mark for Data Centres, SS 564, L/EED and ISO.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for Mechanical, Electrical, BMS, and security systems for Singapore Data Centre operations.
• Champion the Problem Management process and act as a rotating duty Incident Manager per ITIL.
• Drive energy audits, optimisation programmes, engineering and retrofitting initiatives, and financial evaluation of energy efficiency measures.
• Oversee procurement of technical services and works, including contract management and administration of service agreements and renewals.
• Act as program manager for all technical certification programs from planning through to certifi cation.
• Collaborate with Technology & Project Delivery to enhance maintainability and build quality.
• Develop, review, and validate technical policies, processes, procedures, and work instructions, including maintenance frameworks.
