Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 and related integrations.
• Proficient in OO programming, C#, JavaScript, HTML/CSS and REST/SOAP services.
• Experience with Power Platform, Power Automate, and model-driven apps.
• Understanding of SOA architecture, web services, and data binding.
• Experience with SQL reporting (SSRS) and CRM reporting concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop systems to support CRM business and technical requirements.
• Analyse business requirements with stakeholders and define functional specs.
• Own and deliver software enhancements, minor projects, defects and feature integrations in Dynamics 365.
• Collaborate with offshore and onshore developers to deliver solutions.
• Identify design problems and provide elegant, user-centred solutions.
• Participate in Agile development processes and rapid iterations.
• Communicate effectively with client stakeholders and manage priorities under pressure.
• Lead a development team to deliver the overall CRM solution.
