Job summary

Tech Aalto Pte ltd is seeking a CRM Developer to lead the migration of Bank of Singapore CRM applications from Dynamics CRM to Dynamics 365 on-premise. The role focuses on architecture, development best practices, and end-to-end technical analysis within a banking transformation program.

The candidate should have strong experience with Microsoft technologies, Dynamics CRM, data integration, and a track record of delivering complex CRM solutions in financial environments.

Qualifications

• Degree in an IT related discipline.
• Strong hands on experience in migration of MS CRM to Dynamics 365.
• 5–7 years of experience with Microsoft technologies (.NET, C#, VB.NET, SQL, ASP.NET MVC).
• Strong SQL Server 2012/2014, SSIS, SSRS and data modelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and functional specifications; perform gap analysis; develop solutions within the bank’s development framework.
• Collaborate with project manager, Business Analyst and test managers to ensure efficient system integration testing and support all testing cycles.
• Work with Infrastructure and Application teams to minimize operational risks and ensure proper data structuring and governance.
• Provide technical support and guidance throughout projects, change requests and 3rd level support.
• Define and coordinate development activities within projects or change requests, including interfaces to external systems.
• Mentor and train less experienced team members.
