Job summary

CERTIS CISCO MANPOWER PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable engineering leader to steer a team of software developers in designing, building, and maintaining high-quality applications. You will function as the main technical advisor, shaping the technical vision and ensuring timely delivery of projects.

You will coordinate with stakeholders, manage schedules and milestones, and mentor junior engineers to elevate team performance while enforcing robust code quality and security practices.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead software engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of architectural design and system scalability.
• Experience guiding projects from requirements to delivery.
• Familiarity with code reviews and security audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of software engineers in design, development, and maintenance of software applications.

• Bridge communication between development team and stakeholders, including management and clients.
