Codex Solutions is seeking a Senior Software Engineer in Singapore to join an Agile delivery team. You will design, develop, test, and maintain mission‑critical digital solutions, taking ownership of technical design, quality, and delivery risk.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in IT or related field; 6+ years of hands‑on development; 3+ years leading software teams.
Proven experience in software architecture, system design, or related areas.
Track record of delivering in Agile/Scrum environments with technical guidance.

Responsibilities

Deliver scalable software features based on backlog and sprint priorities.
Lead cross‑functional Agile teams in planning, reviews, and continuous improvement.
Translate business needs into technical specs, tasks, and acceptance criteria.
Design and develop front‑end and back‑end components, APIs, and modules.
Develop and maintain tests and CI/CD pipelines; ensure secure coding practices.
Provide technical leadership, coaching, and mentorship to engineers.
