Job summary

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years in leading software teams or technical workstreams.
In-depth capability in software architecture and systems design; Agile/Scrum delivery is essential.

Responsibilities

Define, plan, and deliver software projects; oversee technical workstreams and modules.
Lead engineering teams and coordinate across cross-functional groups.
Establish testing, DevOps, and delivery practices to ensure quality and reliability.
Mentor engineers and drive engineering excellence in mission-critical environments.
