Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years hands-on software development with 3+ years leadership.
• Proven track record in Agile/Scrum delivery.
• Expertise in one or more of Java, C#, or TypeScript and relational DBs.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of mission-critical digital products.
• Own technical direction and estimation.
• Enforce quality with code reviews and testing strategy.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with automated testing.
• Apply DevSecOps and IaC practices.
• Mentor engineers and highlight delivery risks early.
