Job summary

Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive Sales Support Executive to handle customer enquiries via WhatsApp, telephone and email, and to coordinate with internal teams for quotations, orders and delivery schedules.

You will prepare accurate service, technical and spare parts quotations, monitor purchase orders and follow up on outstanding quotations, aiming to ensure timely fulfilment and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience in preparing quotations, coordinating service schedules, and handling customer enquiries is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries via WhatsApp, telephone, and email, liaise with internal teams to clarify requirements.
• Prepare and issue accurate service, technical, and spare parts quotations, including pricing and lead times.
• Monitor and follow up on purchase orders, outstanding quotations, and order fulfilment activities.
• Coordinate with internal sales, engineering, and service teams to ensure smooth delivery of products and services.
• Monitor spare parts availability and delivery schedules to support customer requirements and urgent equipment recovery needs.
• Follow up on service reports, delivery order acknowledgements, and related sales documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries, quotations, orders, and delivery schedules.
• Provide administrative and operational support as required.
