Job summary

Qualifications

• ITE/ A Level/ Diploma or higher.
• Experience in sales support or coordination is preferred.
• Strong MS Office and basic ERP accounting skills.

Responsibilities

• Sales administration: quotations, POs, DOs, and invoices.
• Order tracking and logistics coordination with internal teams and overseas suppliers.
• Customer support: order status, delivery schedules, and general admin support.
• Team operations: assist sales managers and service engineers as required.
