Job summary

Public Service Division in Singapore seeks a proactive support staff to assist in procurement, asset tracking, and classroom lab facilities maintenance across departments. You will source quotations, submit requests, manage assets and store transfers, and coordinate maintenance with IT support, ensuring compliance and safety in an academic setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of relevant working experience.

Responsibilities

• Source quotations and assist in procurement process.
• Submit procurement requests through the ITE financial system.
• Track item delivery until Goods Received is recorded in the system.
• Conduct asset/store registration, updating descriptions and serial numbers.
• Facilitate asset transfers between departments or staff.
• Manage asset issues to staff and retirement requests.
• Prepare and pack project components for distribution.
• Provide first line support for lab equipment, PCs, and software.
• Coordinate repair services from quotations to payment processing.
• Oversee software installation and maintenance with IT support.
