Job summary

GovTech Singapore is seeking a support staff to assist with policies and schemes across targeted functional areas. You will maintain and upkeep training facilities, manage chemical inventories, and provide technical support to teaching staff.

Responsibilities include procurement of materials, scheduling maintenance, and assisting with day-to-day operations in laboratories and simulation centres. The role emphasizes meticulous admin work, health and safety compliance, and data analytics skills,

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of industrial experience relating to healthcare; a nurse with healthcare technology experience is an advantage.
• Meticulous in administration works, with strong IT skills (Microsoft Office 365), process automation, recordkeeping and maintenance scheduling.
• Good knowledge of safety regulations such as SCDF, NEA and WSHA Regulations to ensure workplace compliance.
• Good knowledge of ISO Quality System Standards and Singapore Standards to drive productivity and resource efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and upkeep training facilities such as school laboratories and simulation centre; manage flammable and hazardous chemicals inventory and laboratory consumables.
• Carry out basic maintenance, servicing and repairs of tools, equipment and machines in laboratories and simulation centre.
• Responsible for day-to-day operations and upkeep of laboratories including equipment maintenance, media and chemical preparation and cleaning of equipment at laboratories and simulation.
• Procure essential materials/tools/equipment for training lessons.
• Preparing and following a general maintenance schedule with follow-ups.
• Provide technical support to teaching staff.
