Job summary

Public Service Division in Singapore seeks a dedicated support staff to uphold policies and manage training facilities, equipment, and maintenance in laboratories and simulation centres. You will procure tools, prepare maintenance schedules, and provide technical support to teaching staff, with emphasis on safety and compliance with local standards.

The ideal candidate has healthcare-related experience, strong administration skills, and proficiency in MS Office, data analytics, and Power BI,

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of industrial experience relating to healthcare; a nurse with healthcare tech experience is an advantage.
• Meticulous in administration works, especially handling procurement documents.
• Possess good IT skills (Microsoft Office 365), process automation, recordkeeping, and maintenance schedule preparation; proficient in data analytics and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and upkeep training facilities such as school laboratories and simulation centre; manage flammable and hazardous chemicals inventory and laboratory consumables.
• Carry out basic maintenance, servicing and repairs of tools, equipment and machines in laboratories and simulation centre.
• Responsible for day-to-day operations and upkeep of laboratories including equipment maintenance, media and chemical preparation and cleaning of equipment at laboratories and simulation.
• Procure essential materials/tools/equipment for training lessons.
• Preparing and following a general maintenance schedule and follow ups.
• Provide technical support to teaching staff.
