Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled automotive aftersales specialist in Singapore.

You will provide technical and administrative support to the Technical Executive and Manager, coordinate with Central Workshop for accurate diagnosis and quality repairs, and prepare warranty claims to principals such as Isuzu and JAC. Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Automotive/Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• DMS, EPC and/or OEM certifications preferred.
• Valid Class 3 driving licence.
• Minimum 3 years of automotive aftersales experience.
• Experience in vehicle troubleshooting, diagnostics and warranty processes.
• Professional, responsible and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and administrative support to the Technical Executive and Technical Manager in warranty administration, technical matters, documentation, and departmental coordination.
• Coordinate with Central Workshop on Fixed-It-Right activities, supporting accurate diagnosis, technical guidance and quality repairs.
• Prepare and submit warranty claims to principals, including Isuzu and JAC, ensuring timely reimbursement.
• Maintain and report recall and campaign status to relevant principals.
• Assist Service Advisors with quotations for key accounts and fleet customers when required.
• Support the Workshop in resolving vehicle return cases and recurring technical issues.
• Assist the NVP Coordinator with rectification of new truck faults, quarantine notices and pre-delivery campaigns.
• Maintain technical and warranty records and support other departmental matters as assigned.
