Job summary

nishio rent all singapore pte. ltd. is seeking an experienced Workshop Operations Manager to lead our Singapore workshop. You will oversee daily operations, allocate jobs, plan manpower, and schedule repairs and servicing to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities include enforcing safety, guiding technical teams, maintaining records, managing inventory, and controlling costs. A Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and hands-on diesel engine repair experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma graduates from Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with minimum 2 years experiences in handling diesel engine repair and maintenance at site.
• Good communication skills for dealing with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Singapore Class 3 driving license.

• Monitor workflow to ensure timely completion of repairs and servicing tasks.
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company standards and manufacturer specifications.

3. Persistent individual who are a perfectionist at times and an efficient person at all times.
