Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Singapore is seeking a Technical Executive for NorthEast | Central to support Building Management, lead a team of on-site contractors, and oversee maintenance services at a client site.

You will troubleshoot building services, plan preventive maintenance, and coordinate with contractors to ensure work meets specifications, with a focus on efficient facilities management and reliability.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Facilities Management or related discipline.
• 3 years of relevant FM experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Building Manager in daily operations.
• Lead a team in providing and implementing maintenance services at a client site.
• Troubleshoot building services failures.
• Supervise and organize a team of on-site contractors for planned and ad-hoc maintenance.

About the role

• Troubleshoot building services failures
• Supervise, Plan and Organize a team of on-site contractors in carrying out planned and ah-hoc maintenance and their work routines
• Ensure efficient and effective maintenance of Client's facilities through routine check and preventive maintenance strategies
• Source, negotiate and follow up with contractors on repair and replacement work to ensure work done according to specifications
• Preparations of monthly and incident report pertaining to the site

About you

• Minimum Diploma in Facilities Management, Building Services, or related disciplines.
• 3 years of relevant experience in FM
