Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead day-to-day operations, maintenance, and admin of facility assets. You will oversee safety, efficiency, budget management, and contract oversight while coordinating with stakeholders to ensure a safe and productive environment for occupants.
Ideal candidates have a degree in facilities management or related field, 3+ years in commercial/industrial real estate, and preferred certifications (CFM/IFMA/BOMA).

As Facilities Manager responsible for the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and administration of facility assets, ensuring that buildings, systems, and services are maintained to the highest standards of safety, functionality, and operational efficiency. The role oversees maintenance programs, vendor and contract management, budgeting, compliance, reporting, and stakeholder coordination while ensuring a safe, compliant, and productive environment for occupants. The position also supports facility improvement initiatives, cost optimization efforts, and the effective management and development of facility personnel.
Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the facility(s) or campus, including janitorial, life-safety, engineering, site services, and general maintenance are implemented and carried out in a manner consistent with C&W policies and client directives.
Degree in facilities management, building, business or other related field required.
