Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Building, Real Estate, Engineering, Estate Management, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in property, estate, or facilities management.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance operations, defect management, contractor supervision, and service delivery standards.

Responsibilities

  • Support Property Managers in achieving service delivery standards and KPIs.
  • Review team performance and guide juniors on OPERATIONS and TECHNICAL matters.
  • Analyze feedback and service requests, identify recurring issues, and coordinate preventive measures with contractors.
  • Coordinate defect rectification works from inspection through completion.
  • Liaise with contractors and service providers to ensure work meets established standards.
  • Mentor and guide junior Property Officers on technical and operational matters.
  • Assist in site inspections, stakeholder walks, and verification of work orders.

Job Description Summary

We are looking for a Senior Property Executive to support the delivery of high-quality property and estate management services while ensuring compliance with service standards, operational KPIs, and maintenance requirements. In this role, you will act as a senior member of the operations team, providing guidance to junior staff, driving service excellence, and coordinating maintenance and rectification works to ensure a safe and well-maintained environment.

  • Support Property Managers in ensuring service delivery standards and operational KPIs are consistently achieved.
  • Review team performance and provide guidance to team members on operational and technical matters.
  • Analyze feedback and service requests, identify recurring issues, and implement preventive measures in collaboration with contractors and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate defect rectification works, including seepage, roof leakage, and other building-related issues, from inspection through completion.
  • Liaise with contractors and service providers to ensure maintenance works are carried out effectively and in accordance with established standards.
  • Participate in cross-functional problem-solving initiatives to resolve site-related issues and improve service delivery.
  • Mentor and guide junior Property Officers, particularly on technical and operational matters.
  • Assist in conducting site inspections, stakeholder walks, verification of work orders, and other operational audits.
  • Prepare reports and provide recommendations to improve operational efficiency and resident satisfaction.
  • Promote and uphold Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) standards and contribute to a strong safety culture.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.
About You
  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management, Building, Real Estate, Engineering, Estate Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in property, estate, or facilities management.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance operations, defect management, contractor supervision, and service delivery standards.
  • Good leadership and mentoring skills with the ability to guide junior team members and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
