Job summary

DEZIGN FORMAT PTE LTD is seeking a Drafter & Account Executive to prepare technical drawings while supporting client servicing and project coordination. The role blends drafting with account coordination to ensure accurate documentation and timely project delivery.

You will handle drawings, client communications, quotations, and project records, contributing to smooth workflows across teams. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of drafting, account servicing, or project coordination

Qualifications

Diploma or Certificate in Drafting, Interior Design, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
Experience in AutoCAD or related drafting software.
1–3 years of working experience in drafting, account servicing, or project coordination preferred.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Detail-oriented and organized.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

Drafting & Technical Support: Prepare and revise technical drawings, layouts, and detailed plans based on project requirements.
Drafting & Technical Support: Coordinate with designers, project teams, and clients regarding drawing specifications.
Drafting & Technical Support: Ensure drawings comply with project standards and requirements.
Drafting & Technical Support: Maintain proper documentation and drawing records.
Drafting & Technical Support: Assist in site measurements and updates when required.
