Leze Construction Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a drafting assistant to prepare 2D/3D layout drawings, shop drawings and as-built records for building maintenance and conservancy projects using AutoCAD.

You will support the project team with documentation, tender submissions, operation reports and site records, coordinate with site supervisors and clients, and handle general administrative duties. The candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, able to work independently, and possess a

Competenze

Diploma/Certificate in Civil/Mechanical/Drafting or equivalent.
Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
Experience in estate/building maintenance, conservancy, or construction works is an advantage.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Mansioni

Prepare and update 2D/3D layout drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings using AutoCAD.
Assist the project team with documentation, tender submissions, operation reports, and VO.
Coordinate with site supervisors, sub-contractors, and clients for schedules and revisions.
Provide daily administrative support, maintain project filing systems, and prepare site photos/records.
Carry out ad-hoc drafting or admin duties as assigned by management.
