HS GLOBAL MARKETING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Drafter to produce detailed drawings, blueprints, and plans supporting construction and engineering projects in Singapore.

You will use CAD tools, coordinate with engineers and architects, ensure compliance with codes, maintain documentation, and assist with 3D models and cost-effective designs, while meeting deadlines and budgets. This role requires a Diploma in engineering, business or marketing, strong PC skills, and at least 1 year of

• Diploma in business, marketing or engineering.
• PC literate with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of engineering or architectural principles and design processes.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare detailed drawings and plans based on project specifications, designs, and measurements.
• Use CAD software to create, modify, and finalize technical drawings.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other team members to ensure accuracy and clarity in designs.
• Review and revise drafts to ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and project requirements.
• Maintain and organize project documentation, including revisions and updates to drawings.
• Assist in creating layouts, schematics, and diagrams for construction, mechanical, or electrical projects.
• Provide support in the development of 3D models and prototypes.
• Help with material selection and ensure designs are cost-effective and practical.
• Communicate with clients or stakeholders to gather design input and make necessary revisions.
• Ensure all drawings and plans are completed within the set deadlines and budget.
• Shall carried out any project / task / work assigned by Immediate Supervisor, General Manager and Directors as and when required to support the business.

A Project Drafter is responsible for creating detailed technical drawings, blueprints, and plans to support the design and construction of projects. They work closely with engineers, architects, and project managers to produce accurate and clear documentation for the development of construction, engineering, and manufacturing projects.

Key Tasks:

1) Prepare detailed drawings and plans based on project specifications, designs, and measurements.

2) Use CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software to create, modify, and finalize technical drawings.

3) Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other team members to ensure accuracy and clarity in designs.
